Steps to let go of your fears, do what you want and achieve your goals
If you feel that you flooded the fear, it may be due to several reasons. Perhaps in your childhood you were always told no to everything you wanted to do, filling you with fears and insecurities, so now you live your life in doubt and trembling with apprehension.
The fear is only good for one thing: to detect danger and protect you, to take the proper precautions. However, when fear paralyzes you and you are not allowed to flow, it becomes an obstacle to what you want to achieve.
It is necessary that you get free from fears that are irrational and that you paralyze it, because you deserve to live life to the fullest, trust, and happiness. Clear that it is normal to have it, but be ahogándote in him is not normal or healthy. That's why, today, I invite you to let go of your fears, take the power and empoderarte in front of them.
This is what you will achieve by following the three steps that I'll explain below, which you can do every time you feel afraid to do something, for you do not stop.
Step 1: look at the fear of front
The first thing you have to do is to identify what you are afraid of; look at it from the front and ask yourself: "what's the worst that can happen in this situation?". So you're going to be able to measure the consequences and make the best decisions. We're going to do it through a few exercises.
Imagine this constellation: to thee the figures represent round pink —that is the part of you that is afraid, and the other figures that surround you, brown, black and grey, are your fears.
Look in front of each of them and ask yourself the following question: "what I fear and what's the worst that can happen?".
Do you already identified your fears? Then go ahead.
Step 2: name your fears
First, it calls all the parts of yourself that may help you to deal with fear. All figures and colors represent that you are not afraid and that will help you take action and face those fears.
Already identified your fears, stare at each one. Choose one of them and call it.
Perhaps it is the fear of success (black square). Ask yourself: "what is the worst thing that can happen to me?".What's the worst thing that could happen is that you reach it and you don't know it handle?, or is it the fear of failing?
When you name and face that fear, walks away from you, and instead is an image healing.
Now, you see another one of your fears. You could choose the heart-grey, for example. Turn in front of him and call it: “fear of rejection”, or any other thing to be afraid of him.

As well as with the above, this fear now will go away and you will be in front of you a part of the healing, bright, and you is empowering. It is important that you see it.
And so you see naming each one of your fears, to sending them off and stay only with images healing.
Then, do you want all of your fears disappear? I know that perhaps you wish that were so, but I have news for them: the fear is part of the experience of living; it is an emotion that all humans feel, and that allows you to stay alert and protect yourself.
The fear does not go away, but you can push it and surround yourself with those parts that will help you get ahead.
You already have what it takes to get into action and get what you want. It is time for the last step.

Step 3: act. Action kills fear
I'll give you a mantra that I recommend to repeat playing the point karate —small tapping by attaching the outer side of both hands. Repeat aloud several times the next sentence —I put it in female, but if you're a man, say the men: “I start but may not be ready(or)”.
What you have to do is to act, but do not feel in the best condition and everything is perfect. The action you focused on the here and the nowbecause it allows you to focus on the small step that you need to take at this time to overcome the fear.
Going back to tapping at the point of karate you say: “even if you're not ready, I start”. Repeat this a few times. Perceive in your body, how are you going to integrate, and this way you're going to let go of your fears, one by one.

Good job! I recommend that you repeat this exercise as many times as you need to let go of your fears.
