Fighting destructive behavior to do only what is good for you
You can identify behaviors destructive in you when, instead of doing what you benefits, you do exactly the opposite.
Surely, you want to be happy. You may ask then: why do you do things that will harm you and you away from your goals, what you want to or of the happiness you yearn for?
There are many reasons for which you can have behaviors destructive; most have their origin in the system family, although they also have to do with your life experiences.
The family history, the rules of the family, which is recorded in the familiar pattern, and what you should do to belong can lead you to do things that are harmful for you; you do it unconsciously by staying faithful to your family system.
Examples of behaviors destructive
You can be losing your money, whether in games or gastándolo disproportionately to avoid to feel at risk.
A large part of what is in the “family memory” is a mystery and has the power to control your life, as if you were a puppet guided by invisible threads.
Without realizing it, you do what your family wants instead of doing what you want.

How to make just what are the benefits?
So that you do not do damage, work towards the life, that is to say, towards what is good for you. To do this, you need to act in three ways:
- Locate your place within the family system.
- Enjoy energy of life.
- Choose to go towards life and towards what nourishes you.
1. Take your place
To take your place, you must do three things:
- Be thankful for what you got.
- Give everyone their place.
- Respect the other.
This attitude is the one that we teach QiGong: “serenity within, respect outside”.
- Serenity with you to take your place in the family and do what you have to do calmly.
- Respect for others to let them be who they are, taking their place and doing their job, without trying to change the way they do it.
This is the best thing you can do for you! Take your place it is more simple than you might assume. Just be in the here and now by your function.

2. Energise for life
The energy of life you get from your parents. In the ideal scenario, that should flow like water in a waterfall, up and down, from ancestors to descendants.
Thanks to the strength of the energy of life, you live and you can do whatever you want. You need to move forward and achieve your goals.
To receive the life energy that your ancestors have to give you, I invite you to work on to feel a deep respect for your ancestors to give them their rightful place in the family system. In this way, the life energy will be strong and abundant in your life.

3. Go toward life, and to what nourishes you
I just speak of the so-called movement towards the parents, when the children come to them to take energy of life.
The movement that you need to do now is called movement towards life, that is when the son or daughter turns his attention to their personal interests.
These two movements are the inhale and the exhale of family systems.
For a child can move toward the life you need to have completed their movement towards parents: inhale taking the life energy of his family, and exhale going to their own life.
There are children who refuse to accept their parents, reprochándoles that what they received was not adequate, or very little different to what you wanted. Then, they are still waiting to receive from their parents, without being able to go to life.
If your parents gave you what you needed in the past, why do you think that you going to give now? The best thing you can do for yourself is to move towards the life, but you can only do that if you appreciate what you got, even though it wasn't what you wanted.
