Cancellation Policy

Digital products: online webinars and downloadable courses: Due to the digital nature of these products that are downloaded after purchase, we do not accept a cancellation or return.

Live events: Cancellation is possible when applied for in written form via email to [email protected] with a minimum of 7 days in advance to the date of the event. Reimbursement for the course minus the registration fee will be made within 14 days.

Private Sessions:  If you need to rebook your private session you can do so with a minimum of 48 hours in anticipation of the date of your scheduled session. If this is not done you forfeit the cost of the session. Please note you may only rebook a session once per booked appointment.
